State Project
Due March 30
The students will be presenting a display board and a 3-D
model of their state.
- Colored map of state with capital city
- Colored page of state flag
- Colored state symbols and emblems (birds, flowers, trees)
- Paragraph about Geography and Climate
- Product Map showing the resources of the state
- Pictures with captions of National Park/Historical site
- Example of state license plate
- Words of the state song
A 3-D model of a famous monument or point of interest for
tourists to visit is to be displayed as well
Bonus Points: Write an acrostic poem using the state’s name
and describing the state’s uniqueness
