We have an opportunity to see our dollars multiply. If you give $1 to Adventist Development Relief Agency (ADRA), it will be matched to equal $7. You may also decide to work on a project as a family. The following are examples from which you can choose:
$65/child Provide Physical Therapy to a child with cerebral palsy in Kazakhstan
$25/child Improve the health of mothers and children in Niger
$50/child Send shoes and school kits for El Salvador children
$50/child Give winter boots and warm socks to a child in Armenia
$35/child Educate a child with special needs in Rwanda
$20/students Transform a school in Niger
$50/child Provide for child-headed households in Kenya
If you are interested in any of these projects or more, come check out our Christmas tree in the classroom and pick a project ornament.
Homework Project
A block of wood, a bag of nails, and a star pattern are coming home, today, for homework. Lay the pattern on the wood and make an indent with a nail where there are dots. Then pull away the paper and hammer a nail into each indent to create a star. Return the project by Thursday to complete it at school. Let me know if you need to borrow a classroom hammer.
